Meridian —
Founding FDE & Strategy
New York · Full-time · In-person
We created Meridian to address the tremendous misallocation of labor across professional services. We operate as the institutional memory layer for consulting firms.
This is a forward-deployed engineer who also owns community and the post-sale relationship with our biggest customers. The job is to live inside our biggest customers, get them obscenely successful, and turn those wins into Meridian's growth engine.
What you'd do
Live inside customer deployments. When a litigation team has a question about how Meridian handles privilege, you're the one on the call with their managing director.
Ship code occasionally. You'd write prompts, build skills, configure workflows, ship integrations, and unblock customer problems with code when it's faster than waiting on a roadmap. If a customer needs a one-off Python script to ingest their bespoke document format, you write it.
Build the community. Consulting firms are a tight network. Managing partners talk. We grow because they refer each other. Build a community, write the things they want to read, run the events they want to attend.
What we're looking for
You've worked at a top-tier consulting, banking, or PE firm, or you've been an FDE somewhere like Palantir, Anduril, or Scale.
You can write. The job involves a lot of writing. If you don't enjoy writing, this won't be fun.
You can ship. You're comfortable reading Python code, modifying it, and running it.
