We created Meridian to address the tremendous misallocation of labor across professional services. We operate as the institutional memory layer for consulting firms.
What you'd do
Ship features end-to-end. Talk to consulting firm operators on Monday, scope a feature Tuesday, ship it Thursday. Engineers own product decisions and make them with customers directly.
What we're looking for
You've put real software in front of real users and watched it break. We care that you've shipped something people have depended on.
Strong backend and platform engineering experience.
Experience with Python, AWS, SQL databases, API development.
Experience working with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and RAG.
You're someone who reads a customer email, figures out what they actually need, and ships the right fix - not just the literal fix they asked for. You'll be told what we're trying to accomplish, and the rest is yours.
